You’ll automatically receive a link to book a meeting at your convenience. This call lets us learn about your style, venue and what kind of experience you want for your wedding.
3. Reserve Your Date
Once you’re ready, we send your personalized proposal. A signed agreement and retainer officially reserve your date on our calendar.
4. Access Your Client Portal
After booking, you receive access to our private online planning portal. Inside, you’ll complete a curated questionnaire that helps us design your music, timeline and overall flow.
5. Planning & Coordination Included
Every wedding comes with structured planning support. We coordinate with your wedding planner, review timelines and ensure every moment aligns smoothly with the atmosphere you want.
6. Final Review & Music Curation
Before the wedding, we finalize your music selections, special moments, announcements and event flow. Nothing is left to guesswork.
